Smart Blind Solutions offers a 30 day return policy unless specifically stated otherwise in the item listing.

The compatibility of any item is the purchaser’s responsibility. If you have any questions regarding a product or its compatibility, please visit the manufacturer’s website or email info@smartblindsolutions.com before purchasing.

Products returned must be in the exact condition as at the time of purchase, and must include original packaging, all documentation, and accessories. Returns on products missing parts or accessories will be accepted only at the discretion of Smart Blind Solutions and charges may be applied for any missing accessories or parts.

Smart Blind Solutions cannot accept any product return without the purchaser first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at info@smartblindsolutions.com to receive your RMA number before shipping.

All returns must be labeled with an RMA number to ensure proper credit. DO NOT write directly on the product as it must be in resalable condition or Smart Blind Solutions will not accept it. The customer is responsible for delivery charges from the customer to Smart Blind Solutions. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for return.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any merchandise unless an extended warranty period as stated in the listing or purchased.
