Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
Please note that this means it will take our delivery partners 1-15 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if shipping carrier extends the delivery time after the order ships.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is critical that you enter your correct, valid address when placing your order. If our shipping carrier attempts a delivery to you and you don’t get it because you’re not there, wrong address or moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
